Abstract
Spondylolisthesis is a complex degenerative spinal disorder characterized by the displacement of a vertebral body relative to the underlying segment. Despite significant advances in conservative treatment methods, surgical intervention remains the primary therapeutic option in cases of severe pain, neurological deficits, and spinal instability. This article discusses modern approaches to the surgical management of spondylolisthesis, indications for operative treatment, selection of surgical techniques depending on the degree of vertebral displacement and clinical presentation, and analyzes the outcomes of domestic and international studies.
