Abstract
This article analyzes measures to improve business environment for small businesses in Uzbekistan regions based on comprehensive assessment of current conditions, constraints, and reform opportunities. Analysis reveals substantial regional variations in business climate quality affecting entrepreneurship development and small business formation.
